Rent Increase 2021
Please be advised that if you are in receipt of Universal Credit then you must update your online journal with the rent increase which takes effect from 1st April 2021. Please wait until 1st April 2021 to update this change because if updated any earlier CDHA can only verify the current rent charge, and your new rent will not be paid in full. Should you have any queries regarding this matter, please contact Housing Officer Lynsay Gallagher.
