New Opening Times
From Monday 2 June, CDHA will offer new opening times. The office will cease to close for lunch and be open from 9am through to 5 pm Monday to Thursday. Staff will work longer hours on those days and appointments before 9 am or after 5 pm will be available. The office will be closed on a Friday.

Job Vacancy - Housing Officer (EVH Grade 7)
We are a community-based Housing Association in the Cathcart and Mount Florida area of Glasgow. We own 595 rented homes and factor 407 for sharing owners. A vacancy has arisen for a Housing Officer to manage a generic patch. The post covers all aspects of Housing Management including estate management, allocation of properties, neighbour disputes, and recovery of rent arrears.
Bulk Uplift Service

CDHA Energy Advisor Service
We have launched our new Energy Advice Service funded by the Energy Redress Scheme
This scheme is available to all tenants. Our Advisor can come to your home or you can meet them at the Cathcart Housing office.
What we offer:
Office Closed - Christmas Holidays
Our office will be closed from 12.30pm on Tuesday 24th December 2024 and will re-open on Monday 6th January 2025 at 9am.
During this time, emergency numbers will be in operation.
It is important that you recognise these numbers are for genuine emergencies only, such as loss of power, boiler breakdown, or burst pipes. Routine repairs will be carried out as soon as normal business hours resume in January.

Rent Consultation 2025-26
The Association is conducting our annual rent consultation to seek our tenant's views on proposals for the 2025/26 rent charge.
If you are a CDHA tenant, you will receive the rent consultation by email or in the post. Your views are important to us, and we would appreciate it if you could return the survey by Friday 10th January 2025.
