Tenant Portal

You will be asked to enter your email address we have registered with your account. You will also need the temporary password we have provided to you. Once you have entered these details, you will be prompted to change your password, preferably something more memorable.

On the Tenant Portal you will be able to:

  • Check your rent balance
  • Update contact information
  • Request any non-urgent repairs to your property or block
  • Answer surveys
  • View documents
  • View our latest newsletters
