Cathcart & District Housing Association has 595 properties being mainly tenemental stock. Some of our houses are fully adapted for wheelchair users and a number of our flats have specially adapted bathrooms for people with mobility problems.
We have a turn over of approximately 4 properties per month and we aim to turn these round within 10 working days of the outgoing tenant leaving. Our waiting list is extensive and the way in which houses are allocated is based on the level of housing need.
