Update to Emergency Repairs Contacts - October 2025

Our emergency repairs contacts have been updated. To report an emergency repair out with our office hours (including Fridays, weekends and public holidays), please refer to the below contact list.

Annual Performance Report 2024/25

Each year we produce a Performance Report against the Scottish Social Housing Charter so our customers are kept informed on how we are performing and can compare us against our peer group.

Stone Surveys

CDHA have instructed Assist Design Ltd to carry out stone surveys on all buildings owned or managed by CDHA*.  They will be in the area for the next 4 weeks.

Common Areas/Escape Routes

During the Fire Risk Assessments carried out in 2025, it has been noted that most common areas have items stored that may obstruct the fire escape route from your building.

Staff Training 20/10/25

Our staff will be unavailable and our office will be closed on Monday 20th October 2025 at 2 pm for staff training. In case of any emergency repairs during this time, please contact:

CDHA have instructed Assist Design Ltd to carry out stone surveys on all buildings owned or managed by CDHA*. They will be in the area for the next 4 weeks.

New Opening Times

From Monday 2 June, CDHA will offer new opening times. The office will cease to close for lunch and be open from 9am through to 5 pm Monday to Thursday. Staff will work longer hours on those days and appointments before 9 am or after 5 pm will be available. The office will be closed on a Friday.

Housing Officer Patches

Listed below is the name of the Officer, their email address, and the streets they will be responsible for. You can contact them about your rent and any tenancy matters you wish to raise with them.

  

CDHA Energy Advisor Service

We have launched our new Energy Advice Service funded by the Energy Redress Scheme

This scheme is available to all tenants. Our Advisor can come to your home or you can meet them at the Cathcart Housing office.
