Bitcoin is now available to all of our merchants! Thea - I have enabled the Bitcoin checkout through BitPay. However, my customers are experiencing issues when trying to checkout with BitPay. They get redirected to "Oops, something went wrong" page on BitPay's end.

Can you provide some insight into this? On the desktop they get to the "Pay with bitcoin" screen but are not able to click to pay. I have emailed bitcoin and have yet to get a response. I have entered in 2 different Api keys and get the same errors. I thought USD was accepted. I got some answers from BitPay. You will see other account levels and documents you would need to submit for each one.

Upon submission of the documents, it takes a couple of business days to get your application reviewed. Once your account is verified you will receive a confirmation email from BitPay and your customers will stop seeing the dreaded "Oops, somehtign went wrong" page. As far as customers needing to have a bitcoin to pay - it's like asking if customers need a credit card to make a purchase.

I've been in BitCoin for 4 years. Something super-simple, like the ability to upload a batch of public address and use them up as needed. I'll generate more whent he list gets short and upload them. We're having an awful time with Bitpay. It worked perfectly at first. Each time a bitcoin transaction went through, the payment would be automatically transferred to our bank account. Then double payments started happening, and we have been having a lot of customers complain about it. We get no support at all from Bitpay. Now the automatic funds transfer to our bank account has stopped, and we can't access the balance of our bitpay account. We've tried to contact Bitpay about it, but we've heard nothing back from them yet.
